ValueMatch™ Selling for Home Builders

Realizing the great change that has truly taken place over the past few years in the

economy I set out to discover what changes needed to be made to take our salespeople,

marketing teams, and management personel to the next level of performance in this new

and transformed economy. In an effort to do this I have re- written my book ValueMatch™

Selling and tailored it specifically to the Building Industry.

I realize that times are not like they were and it is often much more difficult to work under

the stress that the recession has brought us but i have also long been a believer that ther is

always a silver lining. In this economy we can be greatfull that we know when people come

to your sales offices they are true buyers. Regardless of any recent news they have heard of

falling home prices they are still there to look around.
